• Securing household pets, livestock, or loose animals away from the inspection zone.

• Following reasonable instructions provided by the handler during the evaluation.

5. Property Access and Safety

The Mold Dogs Organization reserves the right to postpone, restrict, or decline an inspection if field conditions present safety risks to our personnel, canine detection teams, or property occupants. Circumstances justifying suspension include dangerous structural damage, active environmental hazards, unrestrained aggressive animals, restricted access, or hostile environments.

6. Inspection Reports and Recommendations

Following an evaluation, customer reports or summaries may outline canine detection alerts, handler observations, photographic documentation, identified areas of concern, and recommended next steps. Customers remain responsible for determining whether to consult licensed remediation contractors, structural engineers, certified industrial hygienists, or legal specialists.

7. No Remediation Guarantee

The Mold Dogs Organization provides independent inspection and detection services and does not perform mold remediation as part of its standard inspection service. We do not warrant or guarantee that a property is 100% free of mold or airborne spores.

8. Appointments and Cancellations

All inspection appointments are subject to scheduling availability. Customers are asked to provide reasonable advance notice when canceling or rescheduling a service. Specific cancellation policies or fees, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.

9. Fees and Payment
